New Alkylated Purine Derivatives from Colletotrichum sp. F169
Abstract
An endophytic strain F169 was isolated from the plant Huperzia serrata. It was identified as Colletotrichum sp. based on the sequence at the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region. Two new alkylated purine derivatives colletotrichadenines A (1) and B (2), as well as one known adenosine (3), were isolated from mycelia extract of the strain cultured on SDA solid medium. Their structures were elucidated by HR-ESI-MS experiment, and 1D, 2D NMR spectroscopy analysis. Colletotrichadenines A (1) and B (2) did not show obvious AChE inhibitory activity at 100 mu g/mL.
