Abstract

Ganz einfach: Hot Spots, mit deren Hilfe die oberflächenverstärkte Raman-Streuung (SERS) eines einzelnen Moleküls detektiert werden kann, lassen sich an der Nanowürfel-Substrat-Grenzfläche einfach durch Abscheiden eines Silbernanowürfels auf ein Metallsubstrat erzeugen (siehe Bild). Mit diesem Ansatz sind robuste und vollständig zugängliche Hot Spots und damit eine effektive Plattform für eine hoch empfindliche Detektion sehr einfach erhältlich.
