Before you start

  • An institutional account on your university's RDLSIS instance
  • (Optional) Web of Science / Scopus / Google Scholar identifiers for publication sync
  • (Optional) an ORCID iD

Steps

  1. 1

Sign in to your institution's RDLSIS

Sign in with your institutional account at your university's RDLSIS address. Your access is scoped by role (Researcher, Department Head, Dean, Rector, System Admin).

  2. 2

    Record your academic activities

Administrative duties, education, experience, projects, awards, patents and thesis advisory — record more than 200 activity types through forms; entries flow automatically into reports.

  3. 3

    Smart-sync your publications

Automatically import your publications from Web of Science, Scopus and Google Scholar; approved records are added to your profile.

Tip: The approval step filters out mismatches so your publication list stays accurate.
  4. 4

    Explore the statistics panel

See publication, citation, project, quality and sustainability (SDG) indicators across 13 analysis tabs; filter by faculty, department and year. Track the RDLNEWTON academic impact score.

  5. 5

    Generate official reports

Export YÖK indicators, academic-incentive and unit activity reports as PDF/Excel from the Report Center.
