RDL Open
An open-access and data repository for universities
An open-access repository that publishes a university's publications, theses and research data under the institution's own name. Records are populated from trusted sources with review, get persistent links and become visible in international indexes.
- A portal of its own, under the institution's name
- Publications, theses and datasets in one archive
- Reviewed imports from OpenAlex, Crossref, ORCID and DSpace
- Persistent RDL Links and Google Scholar-ready item pages
- OAI-PMH harvesting compatible with OpenAIRE and BASE

Overview
RDL Open opens a separate portal for each institution: publications, graduate theses and research datasets live in one archive with the institution's name, logo and community tree. Item pages are Google Scholar-ready; every record gets a persistent RDL Link, shown together with its DOI when it has one.
The archive does not have to be filled by hand: the institution's records are pulled from OpenAlex, Crossref, ORCID and ROR, and existing DSpace repositories migrate with their persistent links. Every incoming record lands in a review queue first, marked as new, update or duplicate, and is never published without approval. Records are opened to OpenAIRE, BASE and national indexes through an OAI-PMH harvesting address.

The institution's own portal
The archive opens with the institution's name and logo. A community tree by faculty, graduate school and research unit, plus search and browse, gets visitors to records quickly.
